Using Vocollect and electric forklifts. **Logistics Operator** **About the Role** Operate assigned equipment to store, replenish, and transport goods to and from the distribution center in a timely manner, ensuring the goods’ good condition, correct quantity, verification of damages, and adherence to safety measures. **What You’ll Do** * Apply material handling and/or picking guidelines via Vocollect, transporting goods according to the system both upon receipt and dispatch, while monitoring the condition of goods and identifying potential damages for timely reporting. * Inspect assigned equipment and work area regarding physical, mechanical, and electronic conditions, identifying possible failures or anomalies during operation (e.g., checklists, guarding, Unsafe Condition Reports, and alerts), thereby safeguarding personnel safety and ensuring optimal condition of goods to be moved. * Implement organizational policies and measures necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and assets under your responsibility, as well as compliance with quality standards and environmental protection requirements established by legislation, regulations, and applicable best practices. * Participate in the cyclic inventory schedule defined by the Inventory Department, ensuring product organization, cleanliness, and accurate counting, and promptly reporting surpluses, shortages, and misplacements. * Perform tasks essential to the proper functioning of the Distribution Center (CEDI) — receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Implement organizational policies and measures necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and assets under your responsibility (Vocollect, electric pallet jacks, and infrastructure), as well as compliance with quality standards and environmental protection requirements established by legislation, regulations, and applicable best practices. **What You Need** * Technical High School Diploma, preferably in Production, Logistics, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production or logistics processes. * Proficiency and certification in narrow-aisle electric forklift operation. **What Our Company Offers You** Our purpose — Breaking Barriers for Well-being — gives meaning to everything we do.
