Position Summary:
Professional responsible for performing assays to determine metallic elements and elemental impurities using atomic absorption spectroscopy, ensuring valid and traceable results.
Key Highlights:
1. Experience in analysis by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
2. Knowledge of INVIMA GLP regulations and chemistry
3. Atomic absorption analysis (flame, graphite furnace, and/or hydride generation)
Chemist or Chemical Engineer with experience in Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy analysis. Valid professional license.
**Job Objective**
Perform assays to determine metallic elements and elemental impurities via atomic absorption spectroscopy (flame, graphite furnace, and/or hydride generation) on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, finished products, water, and cleaning validation studies; ensuring that generated results are valid, reliable, reproducible, and traceable under the laboratory’s quality management system.
**Knowledge Requirements**
Preferably INVIMA GLP regulations, basic chemistry concepts, chemical calculations, preparation and standardization of reagents, sample preparation, atomic absorption analysis, and hydride generator operation.
**Working Hours:** Monday \- Saturday / Rotating
**Base Salary:** $3\.000\.000 Base \+ Performance Bonus
