Position Summary: A leading food company is seeking a Bakery Assistant to produce products, ensure their quality, and maintain order in the production area. Key Highlights: 1. A leading food company requires a Bakery Assistant for its Production team. **Experience:** 6 to 12 months related to bakery work. **Work Location:** Guayabal **Shifts:** Rotating **Knowledge:** Baking, kneading, dosage. **Responsibilities:** ● Produce requested products according to the company's formulation for each item. ● Identify appropriate product characteristics as defined, to detect potential process failures in a timely manner. ● Report inventory levels of raw materials and submit procurement requests in advance. ● Complete products through to the packaging stage, including labeling with expiration dates. ● Carry out cleaning and disinfection procedures and complete the designated forms accordingly. ● Maintain a daily tracking inventory of work tools and promptly report any anomalies. ● Complete the daily production control form, reporting any anomalies or inconsistencies arising during the production process. ● Ensure all products from the area are packaged before the end of the shift. ● Assist in other company production processes as required. ● Keep the workstation organized and clean. ● Promote a positive organizational climate and teamwork.
