Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Carpentry Assistant to support the manufacturing, assembly, installation, and finishing of wood and wood-derived products, contributing to quality and safety standards. We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and willing **Carpentry Assistant** to support manufacturing, assembly, installation, and finishing processes for wood and derived material products. The selected candidate will contribute to meeting the company’s quality, safety, and productivity standards by supporting various workshop activities and tasks assigned by the carpenter or supervisor. Main Responsibilities * Assist in the assembly and finishing of wooden furniture and structures. * Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for production. * Perform sanding, polishing, and cleaning of parts before and after the manufacturing process. * Collaborate in the installation of furniture and carpentry elements when required. * Transport and organize materials and supplies within the workshop. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area. * Use hand and power tools correctly, following safety regulations. * Promptly report any issues related to materials, equipment, or processes. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. * Support other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position. Requirements * High school diploma (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in carpentry, cabinetmaking, or related activities (preferred). * Basic knowledge of handling hand and power tools. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
