Main Responsibilities * Support excavation, backfilling, and compaction operations. * Load and unload materials and tools. * Assist the technical team in civil construction activities. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. Requirements * Minimum **6 months** of experience in civil construction, building projects, or field-based operational tasks (preferred). * Availability to work on-site. * Responsible, committed individual with strong teamwork skills.
