Customer Service Analyst

What will be your mission?
Ensure the proper execution and follow-up of activities within the Customer Service department by coordinating technical consultations, audits, training sessions, and client requests—guaranteeing high standards of quality and satisfaction.
Requirements
Technologist or Professional in Food Engineering or related fields.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in related roles.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Familiarity with Resolution 2674 of 2013 and Resolution 5109 of 2005.
Proficiency in office software tools.
Willingness to travel as required by operational needs.

Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the monthly schedule of client visits, audits, training sessions, and other planned activities.
Consolidate and analyze information gathered during technical visits, generating timely reports and action plans.
Manage client requests related to products, services, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with activities carried out by the National Customer Service Advisors team.
Administer documentation, inventories, and supplies required by the department.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote best practices in hygiene, service, and quality.
What We Offer
Salary: $2,000,000.
Non-statutory bonus of $200,000 starting from the fourth payroll.

Fixed-term employment contract (with potential renewal based on performance).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:24 p.m.
