Timely and proactive repair of equipment during scheduled shutdowns. **Electronic Technologist** ------------------------- **About the Role:** ------------------- Provide high-quality electrical, electronic, and instrumentation maintenance services to production lines, ensuring proper functionality, availability levels, reliability, and company-defined KPIs; promote correct operation of the plant’s electrical, electronic, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to meet production and process requirements — all within the framework of occupational health, safety, and well-being culture. **What You’ll Do** ------------- 1\. Perform required electrical, electronic, and instrumentation inspection routines on production lines and peripheral equipment, verifying correct operation per technical specifications; document data and information in SAP and/or forms; generate and notify corresponding alerts and work orders based on findings. 2\. Address and resolve all types of issues arising in electrical, electronic, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance areas across the entire plant, executing necessary corrective actions to resolve problems as quickly and effectively as possible. 3\. Maintain all process measurement, indication, and control elements and systems in optimal operating condition across various plant areas. 4\. Generate, plan, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and instrumentation systems, and ensure compliance. 5\. Carry out scheduled activities for all preventive maintenance tasks on each machine and/or equipment, strictly following maintenance procedures and standards for each system. 6\. Organize and pre-stage required spare parts for scheduled maintenance activities. 7\. Perform timely and proactive repairs of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, leveraging LILA (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Adjustment) shutdowns, as well as scheduled line maintenance and shutdowns previously identified with failures. 8\. Verify and monitor component service life to perform updates or homologations enabling continuous operation of electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems in the plant. 9\. Accurately interpret electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and instrumentation schematics. 10\. Promptly register and document SAP alerts, timely notify each completed work order, and record performed activities and observations detected during the shift in the logbook. **What You Need** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Instrumentation and Control, Electronics, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in Maintenance and Industrial Plants, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). * Valid height-work competency certificate; CONTE professional certification. * Industrial networks: PLC configuration and industrial communication. Manageable industrial switches. Plant communication failure diagnostics. SCADA, HMI, and MES system integration. Industrial cybersecurity. Experience with SAP PM or other maintenance management systems. Experience in high-volume production industries or personal care.
