




**Electronic Technologist** ------------------------- **About the role:** ------------------- Provide high-quality electrical, electronic, and instrumentation maintenance services to production lines, ensuring proper operation, availability levels, reliability, and company-defined indicators, promoting correct operation of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in the plant to meet production and process requirements, all within the framework of workplace well-being, Safety, and Health culture. **What you do** ------------- 1\. Perform required electrical, electronic, and instrumentation inspection routines on production lines and peripheral equipment, verifying their proper operation according to technical specifications; document data and information in SAP and/or forms, generate and notify corresponding work notifications and work orders based on findings. 2\. Address and resolve any issues arising in the areas of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance throughout the plant, executing necessary corrective actions to solve problems as quickly and effectively as possible. 3\. Maintain all process measurement, indication, and control components and systems in optimal operating condition across different plant areas. 4\. Generate, plan, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance. 5\. Carry out scheduled activities for all preventive maintenance tasks on each machine and/or equipment, following maintenance procedures and standards for each system in detail. 6\. Organize and prepare necessary spare parts to be used in scheduled maintenance. 7\. Perform timely and proactive repairs on electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and instrumentation equipment during LILA stops (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Adjustment), as well as during planned maintenance and line shutdowns, where failures have been previously identified. 8\. Verify and monitor component service life to carry out updates or homologations that ensure continuous operation of electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems in the plant. 9\. Accurately interpret electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and instrumentation diagrams. 10\. Timely register and document SAP notifications, promptly report each completed work order, and record performed activities and detected incidents in the logbook during the work shift. **Requirements** * Technology degree in Electromechanics, Instrumentation and Control, Electronics, or related fields, or a professional degree in Electronic Engineering * 3 to 5 years of experience in Maintenance and Industrial Plants, Mass Consumption.
