Ensuring production targets and product quality **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- The Generalist Process Operator I will carry out a variety of responsibilities within the assigned area of the production facility, including operating machinery and mechanical equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving basic issues in accordance with established policies, procedures, and frequent guidance. In this role, different work areas will be assigned as needed to ensure production targets are met, support the production of quality products, and maximize performance while adhering to all safety policies and regulatory requirements. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Perform evisceration tasks. * Recover viscera. * Filter lines (discard unnecessary parts of the chicken). * Clean the work area. * Carry out assigned specific tasks repetitively, which may require physical effort and/or concentration, complying with specified Quality, Food Safety, and Safety requirements, among others. * Tasks require the use of tools and/or manually operated machines. * Monitor production levels and product quality. * Other tasks as assigned. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Completed high school education. * Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work under various indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include temperatures around 36 degrees Celsius.
