Description

Job Summary: Individual responsible for assisting in the assembly, installation, and finishing of furniture, handling basic tools and transporting materials under supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in assembling and installing furniture using basic tools. 2. Ability to classify and handle furniture parts. 3. Teamwork and adherence to instructions. Person responsible for supporting operational activities related to furniture assembly, installation, and finishing, through the safe and basic handling of hand tools, preparation and organization of assembly components, and proper transportation of materials. Must contribute to compliance with technical instructions, work schedules, care of supplied items, and maintaining order and cleanliness in all worked areas, under the guidance of the installer or responsible supervisor. ***Knowledge*** * Basic knowledge of the safe use of small manual and electric tools. * Ability to classify, prepare, transport, and handle furniture parts while avoiding damage or loss. * Ability to assist in furniture assembly, adjustment, installation, and finishing, following blueprints, instructions, and supervision from the responsible installer. ***Skills and Competencies*** * Discipline and adherence to instructions provided by the immediate supervisor. * Responsibility for the care and proper use of tools, equipment, and supplies provided by the company. * Assertive communication and immediate reporting of incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions. * Punctuality and adherence to scheduled hours and planned activities. * Teamwork and interpersonal relationships based on mutual respect.
