Perform quality controls and monitor the process We are seeking a Lamination Operator responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the lamination process, guaranteeing the quality of the final product and compliance with established production standards. * Prepare, inspect, and adjust the laminating machine, verifying its proper operation and parameters defined in the production order. * Receive, mount, and calibrate materials to be laminated, validating appearance, gauge, dimensions, treatment (Dinas), and lamination direction, reporting any nonconformities. * Operate and monitor the lamination process, making adjustments to prevent wrinkles, delamination, deviations, or waste. * Conduct quality controls (adhesive tests, catalyst tests, gauge measurements, and appearance checks), ensuring compliance with defined tolerances. * Deliver laminated material correctly weighed, identified, and ready for use. * Maintain the machine and work area in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. * Complete assigned production and quality records.
