Support in locative activities and safety compliance Job Description: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities. * Carry out basic repairs in areas such as electricity, plumbing, and minor civil works. * Support maintenance of equipment, tools, and furniture. * Inspect the condition of facilities and report damages or failures. * Perform cleaning and area adaptation tasks when required. * Safely operate manual and electric tools. * Comply with occupational health and safety protocols. * Support locative activities such as painting, patching, and basic adjustments. * Address maintenance requests assigned by the supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
