




Job Summary: We are seeking an operator with experience in meat processing to support production, cutting and portioning, machinery maintenance, and compliance with hygiene regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support in production and processing of meat products 2. Operation of basic machinery and compliance with hygiene standards 3. Cleaning, disinfection, and support in product storage Education: * Academic High School Diploma. * Technical training in food processing (preferred). * Food Handling Course. Experience: * 6 months. * Production plants. * Meat processing. Main Responsibilities: * Support in the production process of meat products. * Cutting and portioning of meats. * Operation of basic machinery. * Cleaning and disinfection of the work area. * Compliance with hygiene and quality standards. * Support in product storage and rotation. Basic Knowledge: * Food handling. * Good Manufacturing Practices. * Use of Personal Protective Equipment. * Basic cold chain handling. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary: Minimum Wage \+ Overtime \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Social Benefits. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: On-site \- Full-time.
