This position targets individuals in the early productive stage who have immediate availability to perform manual and operational duties. **Responsibilities:** * Support in production processes including sealing, packaging, organization, and order preparation. * Handling of plastic materials, light loading, and visual quality inspection. * Area cleaning and general support in assigned tasks. * Reporting of process-related issues. **Desired Profile:** * Preferred age range: 18–28 years. * High school diploma. * Good physical condition and manual dexterity. * Proactive, responsible, and collaborative attitude. * Immediate availability. * **This position is intended for male personnel due to the nature of the operational tasks involved.** **Working Conditions:** * Salary: Current legal minimum wage \+ transportation allowance. * Contract with all statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a 48-minute lunch break.
