We are looking for an expert in product handling who ensures profitability through process control and exceptional quality for our customers. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree in meat processing or food quality-related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years leading meat sections in supermarkets, deboning plants, or high-volume butcher shops. * **Technical Knowledge:** Expertise in **deboning, portioning, and types of cuts** (beef, pork, poultry). Advanced knowledge of cold chain management and food safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Yield Control:** Supervise deboning operations to ensure maximum product utilization and adherence to established cost targets. * **Inventory Management:** Place orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure merchandise rotation (FIFO system). * **Quality and Hygiene:** Ensure refrigerated rooms, display cases, and processing areas meet the highest cleaning standards. * **Team Supervision:** Coordinate shifts and tasks of butchers and assistants under supervision. * **Customer Service:** Guarantee attractive product presentation and advise customers on specific cuts. **Employment Conditions:** * **Salary:** Range between **$2,800,000 and $3,000,000** (based on experience and competencies). * **Contract:** Direct employment with all statutory benefits. * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (with compensatory day off). * **Location:** Cali, Valle del Cauca.
