




Position Summary: Responsible for shipping, receiving, and processing of materials, ensuring orderly storage, efficient flow, and up-to-date documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for Manufacturing Warehouse Operations 2. Loading and unloading of trucks and verification of materials 3. Maintenance of warehouse documentation and reports Responsible for shipping, receiving, and processing of materials in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensures orderly storage and efficient flow of incoming and outgoing materials/equipment. Maintains and updates required documentation/reports as shipments are received, cancelled, or remain pending. Ensures documentation is current and accurately reflects orders, deliveries, storage, and distribution of materials. * Provides support for Manufacturing Warehouse Operations at a site or facility. * Loads and unloads trucks, checking and noting physical discrepancies on delivery documents. * Transfers delivered material to the appropriate receiving area. * Opens shipments, removes goods, sorts and inspects them for hidden damage and quantity and/or quality discrepancies. * Selects and completes inventory movement transactions for replenishment of containers in support of manufacturing operations. * Reports discrepancies to Quality Control and Materials Analysts. * Identifies field returns by part number, verifying accompanying documentation. * Transfers received goods to storage areas. * Sorts and consolidates picking/packing slips by priority, code, and shipment destination; selects and counts material per order. * Bags and includes service part labels for each selected part number, attaching picking/packing slips to completed orders. * Ensures orders are consolidated, assigned to the most cost-effective shipping containers, and packed to ensure protection in transit and compliance with customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements. * Weighs truck shipments, creates bills of lading, and communicates with transportation carriers as needed to ensure timely pickup and delivery. * Organizes materials to be shipped in temporary holding areas. * Loads outgoing shipments. * Performs general warehouse cleaning tasks daily. * Maintains and updates required reports and documentation. Required Qualifications * Education or equivalent work experience required. * Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Manufacturing Warehouse Operations. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
