This role presents a unique opportunity for a strategic leader with deep digital expertise seeking a high-impact challenge within a global media agency. **The Challenge:** As Regional Account Director, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for a top-tier consumer technology account with significant digital investment across Latin America. Your mission will be: * **Lead Regional Strategy:** Develop and implement innovative, high-impact digital media strategies to drive brand growth and visibility across multiple LATAM markets. * **Full-Funnel Digital Mastery:** Serve as the expert in optimizing digital campaigns across the entire conversion funnel—from awareness through to conversion and retention. * **Data & Analytics Driven:** Leverage data and advanced analytics to identify opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights to regional marketing teams. * **Key Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with the client’s regional and local marketing teams, acting as a trusted strategic partner. * **Team Leadership:** Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team, ensuring excellence in execution and professional development of team members. **What We’re Looking For in You:** * **Proven Experience:** Minimum 8 years’ experience in digital media agencies, advertising agencies with strong digital capabilities, or senior in-house digital marketing roles. * **Strong Leadership:** At least 3 years’ experience in leadership roles managing teams and/or large-scale accounts. * **Digital Expertise:** Deep, up-to-date knowledge of all digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Social Media, Programmatic, Video, Display, Content Marketing, SEO, etc.) and their interplay in full-funnel strategies. * **Strategic & Analytical Thinking:** Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies and anticipate market trends. * **High-Level Communication:** Exceptional ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to regional marketing teams and senior stakeholders. * **Advanced English:** Fluency in English (written, spoken, and reading) is essential for daily communication with regional and international teams. * **Regional Experience (Desirable):** Prior experience managing regional accounts and/or coordinating strategies across local teams is valued. * **E-Commerce Knowledge (Desirable):** Experience with or understanding of digital marketing strategies applied to e-commerce. **Why WPP Media?** At WPP Media, we are part of one of the world’s largest and most prestigious communications networks.
