Job Summary: Manage and execute the company's accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate recording, control, and analysis of information, including payroll, in compliance with regulatory requirements. Opportunity for professional development in accounting and finance. **OBJECTIVE:** Manage and execute the company's accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate recording, control, and analysis of information—including payroll preparation and accounting, as well as other related operations—in compliance with current regulations and internal guidelines. **EXPERIENCE:** * Three (3\) years of experience in accounting, performing functions such as accounting entries, disbursements, accruals, and reconciliations. * Candidates with a degree in Public Accounting who have not practiced as accountants but possess experience as accounting assistants or analysts are highly valued. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree or final-semester student in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields (must be able to certify academic status if progressing in the hiring process). **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge and experience in social security and payroll calculation; accounting and financial reporting standards; accounting software; auditing and information assurance. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Proficiency in World Office (mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and accrue accounting documents, including electronic invoices, bank deposits, IFRS-related documents, disbursements, accounting memos, cash receipts, and reimbursements. * Prepare sales invoices and issue reimbursements when necessary. * Perform bank reconciliations and reconciliations of other financial instruments, such as credit cards, petty cash, and trust accounts. * Update and maintain the accounting file in an organized manner. * Generate annual withholding tax certificates in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations. * Process payroll using the World Office system. * Prepare reports and analyses for the accountant and statutory auditor. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Work modality: On-site * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * One-year fixed-term employment contract. * Salary: $3\.000\.000\. * Health and wellness benefits * Additional days off beyond those mandated by law * Birthday leave
