Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to record, reconcile, and analyze operations, ensuring the accuracy of accounting information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the monthly accounting closing 2. Performs periodic and account reconciliations 3. Records and posts invoices and transactions **We are looking for an Accounting Analyst!** **Purpose of the Position:** To record, reconcile, and analyze operations to ensure the accuracy of accounting information, supporting the preparation of financial reports for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the monthly accounting closing. * Record and post invoices. * Perform periodic reconciliation of accounting information with third parties, electronic invoicing from platforms, and carry out necessary adjustments and follow-ups. * Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounting accounts for advances and claims. * Post accounting transactions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to accounts payable, accounting, or invoice management. **Position Conditions:** * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Location:** Bogotá \- Chapinero Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in the accounting field? * Do you have experience in accruals of accounts/invoices? * Do you have experience in bank reconciliations? * Do you have experience in accounting records and settlements?
