SGS is a world-leading company in verification, certification, and inspection. **Job Description** Specific Responsibilities * Accrual of invoices from domestic suppliers, foreign suppliers, related economic entities, and consortia. * Receipt and verification of supplier invoices against the register book. * Delivery of invoices to Treasury for respective payment. * Responsible for: cash records prepared by Treasury; customer invoice accrual; accounting entries for reimbursements collected from consortia and for bank debit and credit notes; recording of travel and supplier advance payments as required; and legalization of advances requested monthly by departments. * Preparation of Consortium Certifications and delivery to consortium members. * Generation of annual withholding tax certificates for suppliers. * Generation of bi-monthly withholding tax certificates for industry and commerce tax and sales tax for suppliers. * Support in the analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts. * Responsible for accounting of accounting documents. * Tracking timely legalization of issued advances. * Provision of required information for regional and headquarters reporting. * Any other duties assigned to this position. **Requirements** Academic Qualification: Final-semester student, or Technician/Technologist in Accounting and/or related fields. Experience: One (1) year of related experience. Languages: Spanish
