Job Summary: Responsible for recording, monitoring, and paying the company's financial obligations, while managing and resolving inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recording and monitoring of financial obligations 2. Analysis of accounting accounts and problem resolution 3. Management of internal and external supplier inquiries **Job Description** ---------------------- Responsible for recording, monitoring, and paying the company's financial obligations. * Accounting registration of received documents (tax-related documents, internal documents, vouchers, etc.) * Ensuring timely payment of documents * Analysis of accounting accounts and reconciliation of entries * Coordinating with the procurement and treasury departments to resolve potential issues affecting proper accounting and/or payment * Responding to internal and external inquiries regarding the status of tax and non-tax documents * Addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints from internal and external suppliers * Ensuring compliance with internal regulations for document receipt (e.g., XML electronic tax documents) * Monitoring the electronic mailbox according to each country’s regulatory authority (DIAN, SII, SUNAT) * Accounting review and verification of correct withholding tax and tax allocations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields * Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts payable or similar roles (preferred) * Knowledge of accounting, tax, or financial regulations **Compensation** ---------------- 2835000**Selection Process** ------------------------ Join our team and be part of Falabella’s transformation: 1\.
