We are looking for an administrative assistant in Cartagena (Murcia) for a position at a company dedicated to operating sports marinas. Main job responsibilities include managing accounting and billing, controlling collections, payments, and treasury. The role also involves communicating with customers and suppliers, handling documentation, preparing invoices, and providing support to other departments. Candidates must hold a Higher Technician Diploma in Administration and Finance or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), with at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting and billing software, as well as a good level of spoken English, will be valued. A valid Class B1 driver’s license is required. This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours from 9:00 to 17:00, and remuneration will comply with the applicable collective agreement.
