This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Manage and control the administrative and financial processes of the operation, ensuring accurate payroll execution, budgeting, procurement, and supplier management, thereby guaranteeing reliable and timely information for decision-making. ### **Conditions** Location: Funza Direct indefinite-term contract with the company Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work Modality: On-site Benefits: Transportation allowance + Cafeteria Includes a technical test in **Intermediate/Advanced Excel** **Requirements** -------------- Professional degree, technological diploma, or final-semester student in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative and financial processes ✔ Experience in payroll, budgeting, and supplier control ✔ Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency ✔ Availability to work on-site **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Review, analyze, and monitor payroll calculations * Manage personnel events (hires, terminations, medical leaves, bonuses, etc.) * Generate and validate payroll billing files * Execute bonus and associated component calculations * Prepare reports and statements for internal and external clients * Conduct budgetary follow-up and cost control * Manage purchase orders and supplier tracking * Coordinate control and traceability of supplies * Analyze financial information for decision-making * Generate management indicators * Propose improvements to administrative and financial processes
