Opportunities for technical growth and continuous learning We are looking for an AI Engineer experienced in building and deploying intelligent agent–based solutions, Backend, and cognitive architectures. This role requires knowledge of agent frameworks and protocols (e.g., LangChain, Llama, LLMs, NLP, A2A, MCP, etc.) and strong software engineering capabilities to build AI-embedded products. Ideally, the candidate has domain knowledge in finance, accounting, payroll, billing, or human resources. **Key Responsibilities** * Experience deploying and programming intelligent agent– and LLM–based solutions, integrating tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks. * Implement agents interacting with users, APIs, ERP systems, or external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, accounting systems, CRMs). * Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) architectures to enable multi-agent coordination and autonomous workflows within enterprise environments. * Work in production environments with direct collaboration with Infrastructure, DevOps, and MLOps teams. * Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Data, and Backend teams to ensure successful delivery of planned features. * Implement agents following best development practices—including validation and monitoring—with integration testing, prompt version control, and decision traceability. * Stay current with open-source frameworks and relevant research papers on agent frameworks, memory architectures, and multi-agent systems. **Requirements** * *4–6 years of experience in artificial intelligence projects, including at least 2+ years implementing autonomous agents or copilots.* * *Proven experience using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar.* * *Practical knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols, tool usage, memory management, and conversation state handling.* * *Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic, and asynchronous architectures.* * *Experience working with vector stores (Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone) and RAG architectures.* * *Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, retrieval agents, and reasoning & planning functions.* * *MLOps expertise: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, agent monitoring, and automated retraining.* * *Fluent technical English for reviewing documentation, research papers, and collaborating with global teams.* ***Plus / Desirable (Nice to Have)*** * *Experience in multicloud projects (Azure, AWS, GCP).* * *Familiarity with event-driven and microservice architectures, as well as RESTful APIs and gRPC.* * *Experience working with enterprise data in domains such as accounting, payroll finance, billing, or ERP.* * *Experience working in development and product teams, as well as high-performance/startup teams.* * *Practical knowledge of other languages such as Golang, Java, or C# (.NET), especially for building high-performance components.* * *Active participation in open-source agent communities or contributions to emerging frameworks.* **Benefits** * Development of innovative products focused on AI and data. * Culture of best practices, modern architecture, and collaborative work. * Opportunities for technical growth and continuous learning.
