Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage the acquisition of goods and services, ensure timely availability, and support regulatory compliance within an engineering company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement of goods and services to ensure timely availability. 2. Evaluate suppliers and address requirements from internal and external customers. 3. Define and monitor procurement department KPIs for comprehensive compliance. At LPS Grupo, an engineering company focused on project execution and regulatory compliance, we seek a Procurement Analyst to support procurement management of goods and services, ensuring timely availability, addressing requirements from all operational and administrative units of the organization, thereby supporting the fulfillment of the corporate purpose and compliance with the integrated management system. **Main Responsibilities** •Manage suppliers and evaluate their performance. •Request quotations and prepare comparative analyses. •Prepare, process, and track purchase orders. •Control and supervise departmental insurance policies. •Monitor compliance with commercial terms. •Address requirements from internal and external customers. •Prepare periodic procurement department reports. •Define and monitor departmental KPIs. **Requirements** •Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. •Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. •Knowledge of: Procurement of materials, goods, and services for engineering companies, preferably in Telecommunications, Employment type: Full-time
