Possess strong experience in designing and implementing digital products that enhance operational efficiency, end-to-end workflow automation, and improve the experience of corporate and institutional clients. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Systems, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE** * 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the banking or fintech sector. * Experience in hyperautomation projects, integrating AI tools with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or business rule engines (BPM) to enable fully automated operations without manual intervention. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Agile frameworks preferred: Scrum, Kanban. * Preferred tools: Jira, Figma, Miro, Google Analytics, etc. * Knowledge of the banking ecosystem: core banking systems, Open Banking, APIs, integrations. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Strategic thinking and customer orientation. * Data-driven mindset. * Value orientation.
