We are seeking an **Audit Director** with strategic vision, strong analytical judgment, and a focus on control, compliance, and continuous improvement. **Position Objective** Lead the audit function, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and sustainability of operations; strengthen the internal control system; and manage organizational-level risks. **Responsibilities** * Design, lead, and maintain a comprehensive internal control and audit framework. * Plan and conduct internal audits across key processes: payroll, bank reconciliations, inventory, financial closing, and operations. * Supervise and validate payments, tips, commissions, and financial records. * Assess and monitor operational, financial, and compliance risks. * Ensure inventory and supply controls across all business areas. * Lead the creation, updating, and enforcement of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Present executive reports and improvement plans to senior management. **Education Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
