A leading company in the cosmetics and personal care sector is seeking a B2B Commercial Executive with experience in business development, institutional sales, and retail chain relationship management. We seek a strategic, results-driven professional capable of identifying growth opportunities through private label projects and corporate client negotiations. **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience** * 3–5 years of experience in B2B commercial roles. * Experience in negotiation and account management within the retail channel. * Experience in institutional sales, corporate client development, or private label (Private Label) projects. * Preferred experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or manufacturing companies. Responsibilities * Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate clients for contract manufacturing and private label services. * Manage the entire commercial process end-to-end—from prospecting through to closing and post-sales follow-up. * Design profitable commercial proposals aligned with client needs and company strategy. * Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, volumes, contracts, and confidentiality agreements. * Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Planning departments to ensure project feasibility. * Maintain strong commercial relationships to foster account retention and growth. * Analyze sales metrics, profitability, and achievement of commercial targets.
