Job Summary: Cabify is seeking an analytical, results-oriented professional for its Logistics team, responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and optimizing collections. Key Highlights: 1. If you share our purpose, keep reading—this is your place! **The Cabify Logistics Team** You will join the Cabify Logistics team: a fantastic, experienced, and professional group working passionately and optimistically to position the Cabify brand. **Job Mission** **How will you help us fulfill our mission?** * Ensure monthly alignment of provisions and invoice support, preventing operational deviations. * Identify and manage all operational updates affecting invoice reconciliation. * Collaborate internally with the Operations team to resolve customer discrepancies. * Monitor customers’ accounts receivable and flag any irregularities per Finance reports. * Take timely actions to maximize collections, including engaging legal collection providers when necessary. * Perform credit note reconciliations where applicable to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. * Prepare weekly reports reflecting the status of provisions, invoices, and accounts receivable—providing visibility to team leadership on performance and areas requiring attention. **What Are We Looking For?** * Alignment with our core principles. * Two years of experience in back-office roles. * An analytical, results-driven individual with strong teamwork, cooperation, and communication skills. * Ideally, prior experience in logistics. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. **What Do We Offer?** We’re a team full of happy, motivated people.
