Operational leadership and autonomy **JOB OBJECTIVE** Comprehensively manage, organize, and control the company’s administrative operations, ensuring proper handling of contracts, documentation, internal processes, and general administrative support. Responsible for structuring and maintaining the business’s administrative order, guaranteeing process compliance to enable more efficient company management. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Comprehensive management of internal and external contracts (employees, suppliers). * Ensure proper legal flow and archival of contractual documentation. * Ensure compliance and maintenance of up-to-date documentation. * Coordinate with Finance, Human Resources, and Operations departments on cross-functional tasks. * Address internal requests and requirements for documentation, reports, and processes. * Identify operational risks and propose continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best practices. * Address internal requests and requirements for documentation, reports, and processes. * Monitor internal management reports and administrative metrics. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS * Degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in back office or process administration within insurance agencies or brokers. * Experience managing contractual processes, administrative documentation, internal compliance, and interdepartmental coordination. * Operational knowledge of insurance: policies, renewals, customer service, and administrative processes. * Ensure commercial teams have clear processes for closing, post-sales, and renewals. * Monitor operational and service indicators. * Identify operational risks and propose continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best practices.
