Learn more at experianplc.com. **Job Description** Job Purpose: Design, plan, and manage, in a timely, effective, and efficient manner, all activities related to the billing process, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal and external customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize processes and procedures to minimize errors during billing. 2. Monitor execution of the billing process and invoice submission. 3. Support finance department’s core processes. 4. Issue invoices and replacements. 5. Verify and monitor controls defined in billing procedures. 6. Ensure timely uploading of all invoices and credit notes onto the global platform. 7. Ensure existence and proper custody of billing documentation in accordance with regulatory and legal guidelines. 8. Timely provide all required information to respond to billing-related inquiries, complaints, and suggestions (PQR). 9. Ensure timely distribution of direct billing. 10. Guarantee correct configuration of contracts in billing systems. Required Profile: Education: Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within finance or accounting departments.
