The purpose of this role is to lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Brand’s business across all functions—including commercial, marketing, after-sales and parts, technical assistance, finance, logistics, and others—ensuring results in Revenue, Margins, and Bottom-Line Profitability, while strengthening the Brand’s relationship with the Manufacturer and with the entire network of appointed dealers under its responsibility. You must achieve profitability, sales, market share, and brand positioning objectives, align your goals with those of other departments, and represent the company/country vis-à-vis the Manufacturer on matters including negotiation, objective setting, and various agreements. **What You’ll Do** * Define and implement the Brand’s commercial strategy, ensuring expected outcomes in sales, market share, and margins—and achieving budgeted financial results. * Lead the Brand’s marketing strategy, strengthening its positioning in the Colombian market through deep consumer understanding. * Manage and lead all resources required for the Brand’s proper operation across the Company’s cross-functional areas—including Finance, Management Control, Logistics, International Trade, and Network Development, among others. * Lead the Brand’s development across the dealer network, planning and executing necessary policies and initiatives. * Strengthen relationships with the Manufacturer at all levels. * Lead and control all aspects related to the Brand’s planning process—including vehicle procurement, logistics, price negotiation, and inventory control. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Solid knowledge in Strategic Marketing, Sales, and Finance; postgraduate degree in related fields. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders. * Strong analytical skills to interpret operational metrics, generate actionable reports, and propose improvements. * Ability to manage conflicts, resolve problems efficiently, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Capability to manage projects and coordinate efforts between technical and business teams. * Experience working in the Automotive Market; minimum 6 years’ experience. * Advanced English proficiency. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to build it with us.
