Your primary responsibilities will include contacting customers via telephone, email, or other communication channels to ensure timely payments, focusing on accounts selected based on aging reports. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with the O2C team to manage customer payments, handle deductions, resolve disputes, and escalate issues to local Finance and Operations teams when necessary. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer payment statuses, completing reconciliations, and ensuring all collection activities are conducted promptly and efficiently. You will also play an important role in process improvement initiatives, working alongside the O2C Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance collection processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Academic high school diploma required. * Technical, technological, or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (preferred). **Additional Information** Prior experience with international B2B clients preferred
