The Commercial Department is the operational heart of our business and requires constant collaboration with Harvesting, Packaging, Logistics, and Finance teams to guarantee delivery commitments to our customers. Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields Minimum 2 years of specific experience in commercial roles, customer service, or sales coordination Desirable experience in electronic invoicing (Helisa or similar), accounts receivable management, and retail customer portals Purpose: Coordinate the full commercial cycle for Setas Doradas: demand forecasting, order receipt and confirmation, registration in the Dorado Portal, Helisa invoicing, accounts receivable and collections management, exports, PQRS (complaints, inquiries, suggestions, and claims), and returns.
