Analyze data to identify behavioral patterns and opportunities to improve customer conversion and retention. Set targets based on traffic, conversion rates, and market potential. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize data-driven commercial strategies. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Proficiency in handling large volumes of data to identify sales trends and improvement opportunities.
