Design cost models by service or functional unit. **Cost Analyst** **Location:** Bogotá, Alamos Office **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Objective** Analyze and optimize operational, clinical, and administrative costs, supporting strategic decision-making and the organization’s financial sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze healthcare service costs (outpatient consultations, hospitalization, laboratory, etc.). * Prepare comparative reports and evaluate variances. * Design cost models by service or functional unit. * Support the operational budgeting process and tariff setting. * Coordinate with internal departments to validate information. **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * 2+ years of experience in cost analysis (preferably in healthcare). * Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency (SAP, SIIGO, etc.). * Preferred: specialization in Finance or Cost Management. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Teamwork * Ethics and confidentiality **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract, Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week, daytime schedule. * Job stability and a positive organizational climate.
