Our client is characterized by high dynamism and an achievement-oriented culture, focused on connecting operational excellence with global markets. **About the Role** We are seeking a passionate, execution-oriented, and solution-focused Export Coordinator to lead the end-to-end operational export process. The selected candidate will ensure logistical efficiency, strict regulatory compliance, and an impeccable service experience for international clients, acting as a strategic liaison among production, logistics, and inventory. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute the entire export process from start to finish. * Manage and audit required international documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, among others. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international legal export requirements. * Negotiate and coordinate operations with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics operators. * Monitor in-transit shipments and promptly resolve operational issues. * Maintain direct and flawless communication with international clients regarding order status. * Implement strategies for continuous optimization of logistical lead times and costs. * Collaborate closely with production and inventory teams to ensure timely product availability. * Manage key departmental metrics such as delivery times, logistical costs, and compliance levels. **Requirements** * Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience leading export operations (ideally in textile, fashion, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors). * Solid technical knowledge and proficiency in customs procedures and international trade documentation. * Direct working experience with freight forwarders and cargo agents. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). * Preferred Requirements: * Prior experience coordinating exports to the United States and/or European markets. * Experience using ERP systems or specialized logistics operation software. * Knowledge of sanitary or applicable regulatory standards. **Key Skills and Competencies** * "Founders mentality" and full commitment to hands-on execution and operational dynamism. * Exceptional organizational ability, structural thinking, and rigorous attention to detail. * Assertive communication, proactivity, and agile resolution of unforeseen issues.
