We seek someone who wants to **believe, impact, and transform lives** from their new role. **Job Description** **Responsibilities and Role Focus** * Responsible for financial operations for the Americas and the Caribbean. * Reports directly to Prateek. * A role distinct from the previous process, with greater emphasis on analysis and strategic business support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Finance Controlling. * Pricing Analysis. * Business Analysis and support for strategic decision-making. * Market analysis and sales performance analysis. * Margin visibility and control. * Development and justification of strategic business cases. * Working with advanced analytical tools (Excel, S4 HANA). **Requirements** * Prior experience in FP\&A, controlling, or financial analysis. * Regional exposure desirable (not mandatory; highly regional profiles often entail higher costs). * Ideal for a senior professional ready to step into a Manager-level role. * Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
