SmartAssets seeks auditors to support the execution of physical fixed assets inventory projects.
The position is primarily operational and field-based. The candidate will work under the direction of the Inventory and Reconciliation Leader, conducting on-site surveying, identification, labeling, and registration of assets across the client’s various locations.
We seek individuals with an affinity for technology, ability to work with mobile applications, and applied Excel skills for data handling and validation.
**Main Responsibilities**
Conduct physical surveys of fixed assets.
Identify, verify, and register each asset in the SmartAssets application.
Capture information such as name, brand, model, serial number, location, custodian, and asset status.
Take photographic records.
Label assets with adhesive tags or identification plates.
Validate that registered information is complete and accurate.
Report anomalies such as missing assets, unidentifiable assets, duplicates, relocated assets, or assets located in different areas.
Support data cross-referencing, searches, validations, and basic reconciliation processes.
Prepare and review Excel files for bulk data uploads.
Meet daily productivity targets and established quality standards.
Travel between locations and to other cities as scheduled per the project plan.
**Education**
Technical, technological, university student, or professional graduate in administrative, accounting, logistics, industrial, systems, or related fields.
**Experience and Knowledge**
Experience in physical inventories, fixed assets, warehouse operations, field auditing, logistics, or similar activities.
Experience using mobile applications for data capture, consultation, or updates.
Intermediate Excel proficiency.
Knowledge of filters, searches, data cross-referencing, data validation, pivot tables, and preparation of files for bulk uploads.
Ability to identify discrepancies, duplicates, shortages, surpluses, and possible asset relocations.
Ability to quickly learn new platforms and technological tools.
Android mobile device in good working condition is preferred.

**Compensation Terms**
Monthly legal minimum wage, including all statutory benefits.
Statutory transportation allowance.
Performance-based variable pay, calculated according to the number of assets correctly inventoried, labeled, and approved.
Estimated monthly income between $2\.500\.000 and $3\.000\.000, depending on productivity and work quality.
