Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Support / International Trade Assistant to support the commercial and administrative operations of an international company in the sanitary porcelain sector. Manage international clients, suppliers, and documentation **Sales Support / International Trade Assistant | Medellín** We are looking for a **Sales Support / International Trade Assistant** to support the commercial and administrative operations of an international company in the **sanitary porcelain and export products** sector. We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual with experience in **international trade and sales support**, capable of interacting with international clients and suppliers. **We are looking for:** * Technician, technologist, or professional in **International Trade, International Business, International Commerce, Business Administration**, or related fields. * Minimum **1.5 years of continuous experience in international trade and sales support**. * Experience managing clients, suppliers, and documentation related to international operations. * Knowledge of **exchange rates** and international trade processes. * Proficiency in **Intermediate/Advanced Excel**. * English level **B1**, with ability to read, understand, and respond to emails in English. * Nitro proficiency is desirable. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capability. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Manage and update customer databases. * Support coordination of logos, artwork, and product designs with clients. * Translate technical specifications and documentation when necessary. * Manage supplier registration in the system. * Prepare proformas and send them to suppliers in China for confirmation. * Handle and execute tasks assigned by the team leader. * Provide administrative and commercial support to the team. **Offer:** * Salary: **COP $2,550,000 to $3,000,000** * Quarterly incentive of **COP $500,000**, subject to goal achievement. * Potential for future **performance-based commissions**, depending on results. * Indefinite-term contract. **Work Location:** Medellín **Work Modality:** On-site If you have experience in **international trade, sales support, and interaction with international suppliers/clients**, we want to meet you! **Send your CV to consultor9@talentspeakersinternational.com** Work Location: On-site employment
