An architectural-sector company is seeking a Foreign Trade Coordinator responsible for leading and supervising import and export processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor import and export operations. Supervise document management and compliance with customs requirements. Lead relationships with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and international suppliers. Ensure accurate invoicing and cost control associated with operations. Propose process improvements to optimize time and resources. Support strategic decision-making within the department. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in import and export processes. Solid knowledge of customs regulations and foreign trade operations. Experience using invoicing systems and SAP. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office productivity tools.
