Job Description At **LOGICAR INTL SAS**, we are looking for an Import Analyst with experience in customs agencies, oriented toward process compliance, Colombian customs regulations, and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for managing import operations end-to-end, ensuring proper nationalization of goods within established timeframes. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities** Manage import operations from documentation receipt through process closure. Prepare and review import declarations. Perform registrations in VUCE and manage Siglo XXI. Register, update, and monitor operations in OpenCOMEX. Validate supporting documentation for each operation. Coordinate processes with clients, warehouses, carriers, ports, and other logistics chain stakeholders. Identify and promptly report documentary and operational inconsistencies. Ensure compliance with nationalization timelines and service-level agreements. Maintain continuous communication with clients regarding the status of their operations. Provide support in resolving issues related to the import process. **Required Profile** Technologist or graduate in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customs agencies handling import processes. Proficiency in OpenCOMEX is mandatory. Knowledge of preparing and reviewing import declarations. Experience with VUCE and Siglo XXI. Familiarity with Colombian customs legislation. Knowledge of documentation required for goods nationalization.
