




Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Analyst for a customs agency, with experience in typing import declarations, reviewing documents, and preparing import records. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of products across various import sectors Level 1 customs agency is seeking an **Import Analyst**, Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Port Management, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in typing import declarations and reviewing and analyzing documents. **Employment Conditions:** * **Salary**: $2,700,000 * **Indefinite-term contract**, directly with the company. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation/typing of import declarations; preparation of import records and/or licenses; creation of products in I-B or Opencomex systems. Preferably experienced in preparing DUTAS, port-page forms, and knowledgeable about favorable endorsements from ICA, INVIMA, INDUMIL, and SIC. * **Knowledge of systems such as:** ALAS, SIGLO XXI, LEGYSCOMEX. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency preferred. * **Knowledge and handling of products in sectors such as:** Food, chemicals, spare parts, used yellow machinery, auto parts, vehicles, controlled goods, functional units, bulk goods, raw materials. * **Import modalities:** Ordinary, advance, temporary, free zone, direct unloading, re-importation, consolidated shipments.
