We want to meet you! **Responsibilities & Duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** * Administer and ensure the operation of **production environments** in **on\-premise** and **cloud** environments. * Manage and support **Windows** and **Unix/Linux** operating systems. * Support the operation of database engines such as **SQL Server** and **SAP ASE**. * Monitor infrastructure and services to guarantee their **availability, performance, and stability**. * Respond to, analyze, escalate, and resolve operational **incidents** and **requests**. * Execute and track **recovery**, contingency, and continuity plans for virtual machines and operating systems. * Administer **monitoring**, **backup**, and operational tools. * Support maintenance activities, change control, and assurance of continuity for production services. **Requirements & Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** At Topaz, we seek a Production Environment Administrator committed to the stability, availability, and continuity of technological services, with the ability to operate and support critical infrastructures in on\-premise and cloud environments. A professional in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in technological infrastructure administration and production environment support, ensuring proper operation of mission-critical platforms, systems, and services. Experience in managing modern platforms, infrastructure monitoring, incident handling, request management, and activities oriented toward operational continuity will be valued. **Technical Knowledge:** Administration of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably IBM Cloud. Shell Script proficiency for operational task automation. Knowledge of networking and cloud networking components. Proficiency with monitoring, backup, and operational continuity support tools. Basic knowledge of virtualized environment administration. Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools applied to operational process optimization.
