Here, your work will have a direct impact on the accurate execution of the commercial team’s compensation schemes.** ##### **What Will Be Your Mission?** ##### **As a Junior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately calculating commercial bonus schemes and supporting payroll processes, ensuring timely and correct payments.** ##### **You will serve as the bridge between Human Resources, the Commercial Team, and Data, ensuring calculation transparency through analytical tools and dashboards, while contributing to continuous improvement of compensation processes and resolving sales team inquiries.** ##### **️ What Will You Do in This Role?** ️ **Generate and validate productivity bonus and commission calculations based on defined KPIs.** ️ **Use dashboards and BI tools provided by the Data team for compensation analysis.** ️ **Manage the payment approval workflow with relevant departments and the Finance team.** ️ **Respond to and resolve commercial team inquiries regarding their bonus calculations, serving as the primary point of contact for clarifications.** ️ **Coordinate and maintain the updated commercial hierarchical structure together with HR and the Commercial Department.** ️ **Collaborate on payroll processes, ensuring proper integration of incidents and bonuses into final payments.** ️ **Support local tool optimization using Macros and App Scripts to automate operational tasks.** ️ **Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of compensation information.** ##### **What Are We Looking For?** ##### **An analytical, organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of confidentiality, data-handling capability, and a focus on continuous process improvement.
