Logistics Coordinator – Cosmetics / Beauty Sector **Location:** La Estrella **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. About the Company A leading company in the **cosmetics sector**, currently strengthening its logistics operations and expanding B2B and e\-commerce channels, is seeking its next Logistics Coordinator. Position Purpose Lead, supervise, and optimize the internal and external supply chain, ensuring efficient flow of materials and finished goods, on-time delivery compliance, logistics cost optimization, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities **Logistics Planning and Operations** * Coordinate material flow from receipt to dispatch. * Design and optimize distribution routes and schemes. * Ensure compliance with departmental operational processes. * Control operational expenses (transportation, overtime, consumables). **Inventory and Asset Management** * Guarantee inventory accuracy jointly with the team. * Coordinate transportation providers and logistics operators. **Quality and Safety** * Ensure compliance with industrial quality and safety regulations. * Support audits and self-inspections. * Manage customer returns and claims. **Leadership and Continuous Improvement** * Lead operational teams, promoting development and performance. * Implement improvement projects (efficiency, automation, 5S). **Management Indicators** * Monitor KPIs: logistics costs, OTIF, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality. Requirements **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. **Experience:** * 3–5 years in logistics operations. * Experience in B2B and B2C (e\-commerce) channels. **Technical Knowledge:** * ERP/WMS proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Siesa, or others). * Intermediate Excel and data analysis skills. * Management indicators (logistics KPIs). * Transportation regulations and cargo handling standards. * Digital tools; familiarity with analytics/AI applications is desirable.
