Development of trust-based relationships with decision-makers Job Description: Commercially manage and develop the **Building** segment by engaging **directly with end users** (clinics, construction companies, hotels, real estate developers, retail, and banking), using a consultative, technical, and relational approach, supported by **digital tools and artificial intelligence**. **Key Responsibilities** Serve and directly manage end-user accounts within the Building segment. Identify commercial opportunities in new and existing projects. Build trust-based relationships with technical and business decision-makers. Develop technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs. Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM and digital tools. Leverage **AI and analytics** for customer prioritization, opportunity analysis, and commercial efficiency. Achieve sales, profitability, and portfolio growth targets. (External) Spanish Qualifications: **Required Profile** Professional in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields**. **3 to 5 years** of experience in B2B sales or end-user engagement within the Building sector or similar industries. Strong interpersonal, communication, and trust-building skills. Consultative mindset, results orientation, and negotiation capability.
