The role works closely with various business units and external entities to ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:** * Providing administrative and operational support for Fuel Terminal activities, ensuring proper execution of land and maritime dispatch processes, order tracking, and fleet scheduling. * Performing sales reconciliations between SAP and SICOM (Fuel Marketing Information System), as well as inventory reconciliations for assigned products. * Managing and controlling operational reports, including overages and shortages, special sales, transport waybills, and other documentation required by government agencies and regulatory bodies. * Supporting procurement scheduling for biofuels, including ethanol and B100, as well as managing and processing supplier invoices. * Supporting dock-side sales operations and other activities related to the integrated supply chain. * Collaborating with national operations and providing temporary support to other owned and joint facilities as required. * Maintaining effective communication with customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure operational continuity and compliance. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in fuel distribution operations, customer service, inventory management, or related areas. * Experience with SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, plan activities, and act with a sense of urgency. * Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external customers. * Willingness to travel domestically as required by operational needs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Access, and SICOM. * Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. **Special Considerations:** * This position may provide support to various Integrated Supply Chain facilities across the country, including owned terminals, joint ventures, and aviation operations. * Availability for after-hours telephone support is required when operational needs demand it. * The incumbent may temporarily cover roles at other facilities as business requirements dictate. **Relocation Options:** **No** relocation assistance is offered for this position.
