Coordinate orders, inventory, and dispatch management. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 **\+ statutory benefits** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site **Job Description:** We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to support the **operations** area, with a focus on **logistics and customer service**, ensuring the completion of administrative tasks and operational support in logistics and dispatches, capable of addressing customer requirements and supporting commercial management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and virtual customer service * Prepare quotations through to sale closure * Conduct market and customer research to identify needs and reasons for loss, submitting reports * Create and distribute content on social media and send materials to various channels * Coordinate order preparation, verify measurements and values, manage delivery and dispatch * Contact carriers and manage waybills, transit times, delivery confirmations, and exceptions * Perform unloading and loading of goods * Update and monitor the inventory file * Organize and maintain physical and digital document archives * Complete forms and records for assigned processes **Requirements** Education: High school diploma or technical degree Experience: 6 months of experience in similar positions Basic proficiency in **Excel.** **Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, assertive communication, responsibility, and a positive service attitude.
