Ability for accounting analysis, reconciliation, and control. **Job Mission** Ensure the correct and timely processing, control, and recording of payroll and all labor and parafiscal obligations of the company, ensuring compliance with current regulations, accuracy of accounting information, and employee satisfaction regarding salary and benefits payments. Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in comprehensive payroll processes within private companies. Experience in managing accounting and payroll information systems, accounting reconciliations, calculation of social benefits, and social security. Experience in implementing and reconciling electronic payroll and managing medical leaves. **Education:** Professional or Technologist degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Human Talent Management, Finance, or related fields. Desirable complementary training in labor legislation, electronic payroll, social security, or accounting and payroll software (preferably Ofima). **Job Requirements** Solid knowledge of labor legislation, comprehensive social security, and labor tax regulations (e.g., withholding at source, income and withholdings, etc.). Advanced proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. Analytical ability, accounting reconciliation, and control skills. Ability to handle information confidentially and responsibly.
